The authors of this book Tendayi Viki and Craig Strong, developed and implemented the Lean Product Lifecycle within Pearson, a FTSE 100 global education company with over 35000 employees. The original Lean team had five founding members; Tendayi Viki, Craig Strong, Sonja Kresojevic,Elin Cathcart and Shirley Chin. The team expanded to add further specialist input to cover a global transformation and contextual application.
The framework and principles have since been applied to other enterprises and we hope that this provides a useful reference for others to innovate and grow their products and businesses

He has worked across multiple domains, startups and enterprises covering globally publicly listed, privately owned, venture capital and private equity-backed companies, providing a unique perspective of challenges and practice.
For almost 20 years Craig has been developing and delivering market-leading operating models, software and technology solutions focused on customers needs.
